HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?
HOW MANY SERVINGS DO THE RECIPES FEED?
In general, our regular dinner recipes feed a family of four. If you have small children there may be enough for lunch the next day. Breakfasts are usually just for one person. You can choose to make the recipes whatever size you prefer on the meal planner page.
Most weeks there will be leftovers from dinner for lunch the next day. These meals will usually be made for more than 4 people at dinner to allow for more leftovers. This saves you a lot of time!

I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT, WILL EARTH LARDER HELP ME?
YES! If you are looking to lose weight, we suggest you try the Simply Keto plan.
DO YOU POST NUTRITION INFORMATION?
Our philosophy is to create fresh meals that are appropriate portion sizes for optimal health without counting calories. However, do do add the nutritional information per serve for each recipe if you are interested.
ARE YOUR MEAL PLANS SUITABLE FOR DIABETICS?
YES, if you are a diabetic and are taking on a new diet you MUST do with with care and with input from your doctor. All of our meals are created to be low in sugar and carbohydrates. This will mean that you need to reduce your diabetic medication as your body changes to burning fat, not sugar as a fuel. Most diabetics who swap to a ketogenic diet will eventually stop their diabetic medication. People with type 1 diabetes will always need some insulin, however.
I DON’T HAVE ANY SPECIAL COOKING EQUIPMENT? WILL I BE ABLE TO FOLLOW THE RECIPES?
You sure can! The meals can be made with very little special equipment. When special equipment like a slow cooker is used, there will always be an alternative way suggested.
DO YOU HAVE VEGETARIAN MEAL PLANS?
No, not at this time, though we hope to in the future.
CAN I CHANGE MY PLAN CHOICE AFTER I HAVE SUBSCRIBED?
Our plans are sold separately and once purchased there is no switching between plans, sorry. We understand that needs change and many families have a multi-diet household. Existing annual members may add on a second annual subscription at 50% off the retail price, contact us for details.
WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO MY RECIPES AFTER MY MEMBERSHIP HAS EXPIRED?
Once your subscription is over there is no longer access to the website or past meal plans. It is the member’s responsibility to save or print their meal plans.
For monthly members this means the meal plans must be saved during the two weeks they are posted on the website, we do not email meal plans after they have been moved to the archive. Saving your weekly email does NOT save your recipes. You must go to the site and download the plans and recipes to your computer (or print them) to save them.
I NEED TO GO GROCERY SHOPPING BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED THE WEEKLY EMAIL.
Our weekly email is not the intended method of downloading plans, but we do include the links as a courtesy. Plans are posted to the site every Friday regardless of whether an email has been sent.
MY KIDS ARE USED TO FAST FOOD? HOW WILL I GET THEM TO EAT FRESH FOOD AT HOME?
The best option is to get them involved! Kids are proud of what they make and more likely to taste it. Make a habit of dinner time being their time to shine. You might be surprised at what new dishes they will try. It will take a period of adjustment, but your kids can and will adjust. Hold your ground, they cannot eat what you do not buy and a child will not starve themselves.
