Essential Staple Ingredients

There are some ingredients that every pantry or fridge should have on hand. These are the sorts of things that you only need a sprinkle or a dash of in a recipe, but they make all the difference to the flavor.

Many of these staples are non perishable, or will at least last a long time. While most of our meals focus on fresh, perishable ingredients, keep these items on hand and stocked up so you don’t run out.
